Rustic Feather Spoon

Handcarved

Alerce/Patagonian Cypress

Mineral Oil

Wax finish

A wonderfully simple feather-handled spoon carved out of ancient Alerce.

Alerce trees are the largest growing tree in South America and have been illegal to mill since 1976. I was gifted a small selection of this amazing wood that was milled in Chile in the early 1970's and haven't been able to resist carving it up.
